Begmatov Akram Khasanovich was born in 1959 in the Samarkand region, and is Uzbek by nationality. He graduated from Moscow State University in 1982 with a specialty in mathematics. In 1998, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "New Classes of Integral Geometry Problems" at the specialized council of Novosibirsk State University. In 2019, he received the title of professor.
Professor of the Department of "Exact, Natural Sciences and Physical Education" at the Belarus-Uzbekistan Joint Intersectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications in Tashkent, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Begmatov Akram Khasanovich gives lectures on Higher Mathematics to students at the institute. He conducts lectures and practical classes at a high methodological level, efficiently using modern technical means and the latest generation of literature. In the work process, he demonstrated his research persistence, diligence, high demands on himself and others, and showed himself to be a knowledgeable and highly qualified specialist.

The professor has his own scientific school, and under his leadership, several students have successfully defended their scientific works. He regularly participates in scientific conferences both in Uzbekistan and abroad. He is the author of more than 180 scientific and educational-methodical works, including more than 144 scientific articles in national and international scientific journals, 2 monographs, 2 textbooks, 5 teaching aids, and 5 methodological guidelines. ​He has also received 4 patents for inventions and certificates for software products. In journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus databases, 35 scientific articles have been published.Professor Begmatov participated in the implementation of 6 scientific projects within the framework of state programs, of which he led 2 projects (practical and startup innovative projects for youth). In 1999, he participated in an international scientific and practical conference in Japan, in 1993-2009 in Russia, in 2010 in Latvia, and in 2019 in Israel. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a professor at POSCO College in Gwangyang, South Korea.Under the leadership of A. Kh. Begmatov, 2 named scholars were prepared: according to the results of the 2003/2004 academic year, Shavkat Arabbayev, a 4th-year student of the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies of Samarkand State University, received a Presidential scholarship, and according to the results of the 2020/2021 academic year, Abduroziq Zarifjon Husanov, a 3rd-year student of the Faculty of Mathematics of Samarkand State University, became a laureate of the Ulugbek State scholarship.A. Kh. Begmatov is a member of the editorial board of the journal "İstanbul Commerce University Journal of Science." He is also a member of the Scientific Council at Samarkand State University and the Scientific Council at the Nukus branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies.He is the exemplary head of a family and the father of six children. A. Begmatov is respected by colleagues and students as a talented scientist and skilled teacher.
